Successful 2013 Open Day

Today we had a lot of people come and visit WITT Art, Design and Media here at the Bell Street campus. Our open day was very successful with new students learning about our courses and signing up to start their creative careers.

All our tutors were available to talk to, with student work on display and some tasty treats to snack on.

The photography live demonstration was a hit, with Chris Hill our photography tutor using live tethered shooting to take photos of students and then transform them into a whole new location.

One of the interactive demonstrations that the tutors set up. Others included a display of Toi Maori painting and artwork by BJ Hetet, and a drawing workshop with Donna Willard-Moore.

If you are interested in a creative future, check out our qualifications on offer today. Places are filling up fast so we encourage people to put in their application form quickly to secure their spot.

Lastly, a big thank you to everyone who came and took part today, and to the tutors and staff who got everything ready.
